DCS Candidate Referral Policy
Before presenting a candidate’s profile to a hiring manager, we ensure they are (1) qualified for the opportunity and (2) motivated to move forward in the selection process. Read our DCS Confidentiality Policy to learn more about our commitment to protecting your data. The following is a general overview of the process we use to qualify referred candidates:
There is no cost to candidates for DCS' Recruitment/Talent Matching services.
- Candidate submits their resume via email or applicant tracking system.
- DCS Career Strategist reviews resume to determine a potential match.
- The candidate is contacted for an initial phone screen. Your resume is not released or discussed with client companies until after the phone screen. The phone screen is conducted and, if a match is identified, we review the opportunity with you for your consideration and approval.
- Candidate confirms they are interested in pursuing the opportunity.
- After approval is obtained from the candidate, the employer is advised of the candidate’s interest and provided their profile.
- The DCS Career Strategist will schedule and conduct an extended video interview to complete self-assessments, further review work history, and identify signature achievements that support candidacy.
